৹ Engineered key rocket components using carbon fiber composites and fiberglass reinforcements, employing aerospace-grade fabrication methods such as layup and curing processes.
৹ Operated CNC milling machines and lathes to manufacture precision parts with tight tolerances, informed by simulations in SolidWorks and OpenRocket software.

4D Nexus was established in 2022 as a 3D printing, SolidWorks, and mechanical design consulting firm. Over the years, we have continued to evolve and expand, venturing into CNC and PCB manufacturing.
By 2026, our vision is to launch our first product, designed to empower mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, mechatronics engineers, students, and makers alike.
